Dave VanOcker manages CVM’s Facilities Renewal Group, specializing in building envelope systems and parking structures. With a degree in civil engineering and 24 years of experience, Dave leads CVM’s diagnostic and forensic investigations on historic as well as contemporary building structures. Repair and restoration programs are conducted under his guidance, employing an array of project delivery methods, for clients representing the nation’s leading institutional and commercial interests. Mr. VanOcker is a member of the American Concrete Institute, serving on Committee 364 –Rehabilitation of Concrete, and Committee 546 – Concrete Repair. He has served as a director and officer in the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Concrete Institute at Philadelphia regional levels. Dave was honored as the Structural Engineer of the Year by the Philadelphia Section of ASCE in 1997. He is active in the Design/Build Institute and the Association of Higher Educational Facilities Officers. David VanOcker serves as the corporate President of CVM Engineers and Treasurer of CVM Design Build.
Eric Godfrey

Eric M. Godfrey has been the principal in charge of some of the Firm’s largest Design-Build Restoration projects and has been with CVM since 1989. His responsibilities include initial condition assessment investigations, repair program development, cost estimating, project scheduling, negotiating sub-contracts, all communications with the Owner, and oversight of all construction related activities until project completion. In addition to his construction management duties, Mr. Godfrey has been an integral part of the development of CVM’s Facilities Renewal Group. He has led the investigation and subsequent restorations of numerous significant structures, including: Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Atlantic Building, Delaware County Community College, Chestnut Hall, and The Art Institute of Philadelphia.
